While working in tech, I remained passionate about fashion but noticed that my sense of style often isolated me. Colleagues perceived my attention to detail in fashion as a threat, highlighting how a lack of confidence in personal style can impact workplace dynamics. Fashion, however, isn’t about spending lavishly—it’s about making conscious, intentional choices. I realized that people feel better and perform better when they are confident in their appearance. Managers can feel triggered when employees outdress them, reflecting an internal struggle with their own style. I decided to launch my own business, focusing on helping professionals and corporations use fashion as a tool for building confidence, reducing workplace jealousy, and improving culture. My goal is to curate workshops that help employees and executives alike embrace their personal style while fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
